With more than 20 years in the management consulting industry, he currently helps clients to make the most effective workforce decisions to grow their business. He works with clients to develop sustainable workforce strategy and planning, transformation, talent strategy, change management, rewards, and career solutions. Previously, he has held global business and consulting leadership positions at Mercer (a global consulting firm), DrGlobe.com (a healthcare startup) and Corporate Resources Group (an international consulting firm). He is also the author of five management books.
